Prove It is licensed to You (End-User) by RetroAge Engineering ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform ("App Store"), and any update thereto, You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that Apple is not a Party to this Agreement and is not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance, and support. RetroAge Engineering, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
1. The Application
Prove It ("Licensed Application") is a piece of software created for AI content detection and analysis, customized for iOS mobile devices ("Devices"). Its purpose is to analyze text and images to detect characteristics of AI generation and help users certify originality.
2. Scope of License
2.1 You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Devices that You own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules.
2.2 This license will also govern any updates of the Licensed Application provided by Licensor that replace, repair, and/or supplement the first Licensed Application, unless a separate license is provided for such update.
2.3 You may not share or make the Licensed Application available to third parties, sell, rent, lend, lease or otherwise redistribute the Licensed Application.
2.4 You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, or create derivative works or updates of the Licensed Application, or any part thereof.
2.5 Violations of the obligations mentioned above may be subject to prosecution and damages.
3. Subscriptions & Credit System
The App offers subscriptions for PRO features which operate on a credit-based system. Each subscription plan grants a specific number of credits for the billing period. One-time credit pack purchases can be added to your balance. All credits, whether from a subscription or a one-time purchase, expire at the end of your current billing period and do not roll over. Subscriptions are charged to your App Store account and automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
4. Maintenance and Support
The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this Licensed Application. You can reach the Licensor at the email address listed in the Contact Information section. RetroAge Engineering and the End-User acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
5. User-Submitted Content
The Licensed Application allows you to submit text and images ("Content") for analysis. You are solely responsible for the Content you submit and for ensuring it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws. By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that you are the creator and owner of the Content or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use it.
6. Warranty & Disclaimers
6.1 Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of Your download.
6.2 NO WARRANTY: THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS". YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE AI DETECTION ANALYSIS MAY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
6.3 In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to You. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
7. Product Claims & Liability
RetroAge Engineering, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, or claims under consumer protection. The AI detection service is for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the analysis provided by the App.
8. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and that You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Termination
The license is valid until terminated by RetroAge Engineering or by You. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if You fail to adhere to any term(s) of this license. Upon termination, You shall stop all use of, and destroy all copies of, the Licensed Application.
11. Third-Party & Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Third-Party Beneficiary: You agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and that Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against You.
11.2 Intellectual Property: In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, RetroAge Engineering, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
